1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oneroom, operated by Exceleed Consulting and Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Oneroom is a room and meeting management tool that connects with your Google Workspace account to:

• Display rooms and meeting spaces available in your organization
• Show meetings scheduled on room calendars
• Provide real-time updates when calendar events change via Google Calendar webhooks

Oneroom is a read-only display tool. It does not create, edit, or delete calendar events or meetings in Google Calendar.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use Oneroom, you must authorize the application to access your Google account. By granting access, you permit us to:

• Read your calendar events and room resource data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Create Google Calendar watch channels to receive real-time notifications
• Store your OAuth tokens securely to maintain authorized access

You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful business purposes within your organization
• Ensure you have appropriate authorization from your Google Workspace administrator to use this application
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the application or its underlying systems
• Keep your login credentials and account secure

5. Google Workspace Administrator Requirements

Oneroom requires access to Google Workspace directory resources (rooms and buildings). Your Google Workspace administrator must authorize this application for your domain. The Company is not responsible for access issues arising from administrator-level restrictions in your organization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements of Oneroom are the intellectual property of Exceleed Consulting and Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oneroom is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Meeting data will always be current or complete (subject to Google API availability)
• The application will meet your specific business requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exceleed Consulting and Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Oneroom, including but not limited to loss of data, missed meetings, or business disruption.

9. Google API Services

Oneroom uses Google API Services. Your use of the application is subject to Google's Terms of Service at policies.google.com/terms in addition to these Terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of this application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Oneroom at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the security or integrity of the application or other users.

You may stop using the application at any time and revoke Google access via your Google account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
